Who we are

WhaleWatch is a data platform that surfaces publicly available information about the market activity of notable investors. We are not an investment adviser, broker, or portfolio manager.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use WhaleWatch. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your number and account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

WhaleWatch is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our data, not to reverse engineer or disrupt the service, and not to use it in any unlawful way or in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Not investment advice

All content in WhaleWatch is for information purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. WhaleWatch is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should do your own research, and consider consulting a registered adviser.

Our data is drawn from publicly available sources and processed automatically. While we work to keep it accurate and timely, we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, correct, or current, and there may be delays or errors. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind.

Support contributions

WhaleWatch is free to use. Any contribution you make through the Support page is voluntary, does not unlock features, and is non-refundable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleWatch is not liable for any loss or damage, including any trading or investment loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content.

Third-party links

The app may reference or link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, and a reference does not imply endorsement.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. When terms change we will revise the date above and flag significant changes in the app. You may stop using WhaleWatch and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
